Due to the sensory and hands-on nature of our plush pals and other products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be resold.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we encourage you to carefully review your order before checkout. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders that have already been shipped.

REFUND PROCESS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your cancellation request is received and processed within this timeframe, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
